Platform and Application Ownership

The Fun Unlimited Streaming Platform, including all source code, software components, backend infrastructure, web-based interfaces, mobile applications (iOS/Android), data architecture, and user management systems, is the exclusive property of Mara Linux and Business Solutions, Inc. (Maralabs).

Maralabs retains perpetual intellectual property rights over:

-The web application’s codebase and structure
-Backend APIs and system integrations
-User experience (UX) and interface (UI) elements
-Security protocols and proprietary modules
-All technological customizations, enhancements, and feature sets
-Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, reselling, or modification of the software is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Content and Media Ownership

-All video content, livestreams, short-form videos, graphics, soundtracks, scripts, production titles, and recorded materials streamed or hosted on the platform are the intellectual property of their respective producers and content creators.
-Specifically, Total Ace Media Production OPC retains exclusive rights and authorship of:
-Original content produced and published under the Fun Unlimited label
-Branded video series, live shows, and behind-the-scenes features
-Licensed or syndicated content through content distribution agreements

All content is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws, including but not limited to the Philippine Intellectual Property Code (RA 8293) and relevant international copyright treaties.

Usage Terms

Users of the platform are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to view and stream content for personal, non-commercial use only. No content may be downloaded, recorded, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written consent from the owner.

Commercial use of any content — including broadcasting, public screening, or repurposing for social media — requires a formal licensing agreement from the producer.
