1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription to Fun Unlimited Streaming Platform at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Continued Access: You will continue to have access to premium features and content until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No Refund for Partial Periods: We do not offer refunds for any unused days or portions of your subscription after cancellation.

How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription by going to your account settings within the app or by contacting our support team at support@fununlimited.ph. Follow the cancellation steps to ensure proper processing.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be granted in the following cases:

  • Accidental Billing: If you are charged incorrectly due to a system error or duplicate payment.

Unauthorized Transactions: If someone else used your account without permission, notify us within 7 days of the transaction.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Change of Mind after purchasing a plan.
  • Displeasure with Content unless the service is technically defective.

Non-Usage of the platform during your subscription.

3. Refund Process

If eligible, the refund process is as follows:

  • Your registered email address
  • Subscription details (plan type, payment date)

3.Processing Time: Approved refunds will be completed within 7–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

4. Free Trials

Free trial users must cancel their subscription before the trial ends to avoid charges. No refunds will be issued if you are charged after the trial due to late cancellation. Monitor your trial status to avoid unwanted billing.

5. Changes to This Policy

Total Ace Media Production OPC may revise this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any updates will be communicated via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes are implemented signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
